Woodbridge Dog Park supporters and their pooches came out to celebrate National Dog Day on August 26 at Grimaldi’s Coal Brick-Oven Pizzeria in Woodbridge. We enjoyed a lovely summer evening out on the patio with great food and beverages and terrific friends – both the 2- and 4-legged kind. To demonstrate their support for our dog park, Grimaldi’s generously donated 10% of all food and beverages purchased by our group and then matched the amount with an additional donation! Mutt Strutt for Funds & Fun

As part of a community-wide spring celebration on the Woodbridge Town Center Campus, the Woodbridge Dog Park Cooperative hosted the Mutt Strutt for canines and humans on Saturday, June 1. The entire community was invited to join friends and fellow dog lovers for a fundraising walk-a-thon to support the construction of the first dog park in Woodbridge.  At least 65 mutts of all shapes and sizes lead their humans on a leisurely 2K stroll around Town Center and the site of our future dog park on the 139-acre Fitzgerald Property. SWINGING THROUGH THE STACKS The Woodbridge Dog Park Cooperative was thrilled to be invited to participate in this fun-filled fundraiser for the Woodbridge Public Library on March 8 and 9. The ten-hole mini-golf course wound its way through all three levels of the library providing challenges, fun and lots of laughs for all ages and skill levels. Enjoy a Bite; Build a Dog Park: Orange Ale House Fundraising Event

Orange Ale House Fundraising Event On Saturday afternoon March 2 despite a very snowy morning, more than 85 dog park supporters gathered at the Orange Ale House to share fun, food, and the chance to win one of the more than 55 raffle items donated by 49 area businesses (see complete list below). The amazing gift baskets and gift cards included treats for canines and humans young and old.
