Gathering of Dog Lovers; Be a Part of the Next Stage

The fence is up, dogs are playing, people are meeting new friends…now what?

To ensure that our wonderful dog park remains a safe and healthy place for all of us, we want to get your ideas and energy for heading into this next phase.

Can you join us? We have a place for you either on one of the committees, as a board member or one of the officers, or as a volunteer for specific projects.

Committees include:

• Maintenance/landscaping
• Finance
• Social media/website/Eblasts
• Events/fundraising/merchandising
• Membership/volunteers

Board members and officers:

• Expertise in finance administration
• Electronic record-keeping
• General non-profit administration

The Woodbridge Dog Park Cooperative is an all-volunteer non-profit organization solely operated and funded by people like you. As a “Cooperative” everyone using the park is equally responsible for its success. This is not a town-run park, and the town provides no funds, labor, or materials for its upkeep.

Many other dog parks have failed due to a lack of good management and volunteer participation. Let’s make sure this does not happen to our dog park.

Whether you take an active or behind-the-scenes role, your contribution will be valued. And, along the way, we plan on having fun, meeting new people and dogs, and enjoying our wonderful park.

Humans only at the meeting.
The large dog area will be open if you have someone to watch your dog there.
